Knowledge Vine built the TOPI process on decades of in-field experience, working in several different heavy industries. We first assess an organization's existing performance and identify the greatest opportunities for improvement. Once training has been completed, Knowledge Vine goes into the field to coach and mentor your employees through the human performance improvement process.

Our training delivers basic information to your employees about actionable behaviors that workers can implement immediately to start reducing errors and injuries.  Employees will also learn about identifying system and process gaps called organizational weaknesses.  Additionally, leadership personnel are trained on coaching techniques to help manage the culture change your organization is trying to achieve.
